I recently contacted Jared Leshner to provide me with an overview of local real estate in the Delray Beach area on quite short notice. I have no contacts in the area and have never met him before so I would like to express my thanks to you and your company for the highly professional tour de force I got from Jared. With very little information on my part, he was able to choose a selection of properties almost precisely what I was looking for. He was extremely well organized - moving from place to place with ease and precision. We saw 9 places in 2.5 hours and he fully answered my questions about each location. Jared was extremely personable with my son and I, as we toured these locations. He relates to people well and picks up on every nuiance. In other words he has a lot of social skills as well as professional knowledge. I am recently retired and still working with him to see if I can acquire a vacation property in Delray Beach. Since I am a Canadian and unfamiliar with the exact procedures, I was very grateful to receive such professional service....
