The new mega-eatery on 3rd Ave and Atlantic marks one of the most significant Delray Beach developments in recent memory. Despite its outsized visage amidst a still somewhat low-lying town, the Delray Marketplace has been a most welcome addition to a community looking to expand its commercial and entertainment options. The two-day makeover to the cavernous Delray Marketplace includes face painting, balloon art, kids trick or treating, and a costume contest. At 9 pm, the adult costume contest will feature a $1,000 grand prize to the winner, with bottle specials and live entertainment to keep the fun going!

Community Trunk or Treat events have grown in popularity over the years as a sort of Halloween pre-fest for church groups, small communities, clubs, and schools. This special evening is no different! Join local families at the P.L.A.Y. School, formerly known as First United Preschool. At the north lot of the Lakeview Baptist Church for this FREE Trunk or Treat event, The fun and games will include trunk or treating (obviously), a costume contest, festival games, food trucks, and a photo set for a timeless memory to keep forever.
Halloween Kidsfest

The Downtown Development Authority will be throwing a trick-or-treat bash all along Atlantic Avenue, this October 23rd from the midmorning to early afternoon. Festivities begin along the avenue, with merchants and restaurants participating in the excitement, furthering community outreach from business to family. The linear path ends at the Delray Beach Tennis Center, at the heart of the junction of historic Swinton Ave. and Atlantic Avenue. Families will enjoy a wide array of activities, arts & crafts, food trucks, vendors, games, and much more.
